The back and leg massages were very good and thorough, but the arm pulling massage was too painful. It left my arms feeling bruised and sore. I have had many massages, including Chinese and Thai styles, but none have been as painful as this one. The service was really poor - after the essential oil massage, I was told to shower to wash it off, but I wasn't given a bath towel or robe. The air conditioning was too cold, and when I asked for another robe, I was told that only one was provided per person. I had to wear a wet robe and ended up catching a cold. When I knocked on the door for assistance, no one answered. When I opened the door to ask for a dry robe, the staff came in without knocking and told me I couldn't have another one. It was ridiculous. The environment also had a musty smell and the room had mold growing.
